I picked up a python as I had heard a lot of great things about it. Everything I had heard was right on the money. It’s super comfortable and easy to use. Patience is required when assembling but once it’s setup up, I can honestly say it’s the best pe tool that I’ve ever tried. Excellent design and worth every penny.

Thank you for your review!
Product is low-key garbage for the price. Assembly is required and the instructional video shows "how" to assemble it but the unit I have seems to want to fall apart when I follow the instructions. It requires pulling a rubber cylinder over a PVC cylinder, under tension, but not TOO far over it or you get uneven pressure distribution, but if you don't go far enough it overlaps, and it has to be perfectly aligned, but even accounting for all of that it still slips off as soon as you let go, so you have to have four hands and some clamps to put it together. I could get better results with a piece of twine, cling-wrap, and some basic slipknots. I'm not sure how to even improve on it. Maybe make the air port smaller or somehow make silicone/rubber and PVC tackier so it doesn't slip. Slippage after assembly is the most frustrating part.

Followed up on shipping a few days after order. Granted I didn't read the note that said 7 to 10 business days for shipping. Seems excessive for an in stock item but I don't mind waiting. When I followed up again on day 13ish it ships almost immediately. Just seems like a weird coincidence that I'm told to wait because of a note but then when the company is late it's a non issue.

We are a growing company and we are doing everything we can to improve. Thank you for your review!
The device is well made and the follow-up customer support was great. Very responsive and helpful in helping me get it working. It does take a good number of tries to get the set up done properly, but it should be smooth sailing once you learn how to get it going. One of the sleeves it came with did have some flaws which lead to a tear so hoping they may replace it. But I know this happens with other companies, so it's not super out of the ordinary.

Dear Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the difficulty in fitting the rubber sleeves and the issue with bubbling. We aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience with our products, and we're sorry to hear that you've encountered a challenge. In our FAQ section, we address this specific issue. It appears that the bubbling you're experiencing may be due to the use of only one sleeve. For optimal performance and to avoid this issue, we recommend installing a second sleeve over the first. This "stage 2 clamping force" technique is designed to enhance the effectiveness of the device and eliminate the bubbling issue you mentioned. We also have a detailed sleeve installation guide video available (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6yONGVAJLs), which can provide you with a step-by-step visual guide to ensure a smooth and correct installation. Additionally, please be cautious of any sharp objects like nails during the installation process to prevent any damage to the sleeves. We value your patronage and want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have already tried this solution without success, or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We're here to help and ensure that you have the best possible experience with our product. Thank you for choosing Fenrir LLC. We look forward to assisting you and hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Warm regards, Fenrir Team
I have not yet received the product for review. But, I can comment on the ordering process. It took every bit of the 10 business days to receive and update. It says it was finally shipped yesterday. We'll see how long that takes. So I'm really hoping this is an amazing product. If not, I won't be able to recommend anyone coming here.

Hello dear David! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your order experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for a product you're excited about. Please be assured, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and efficient service. In line with our commitment, we clearly state a processing time of 7 to 10 business days for orders. However, due to an unexpected surge in demand recently, we had to extend this timeframe to 2-4 weeks, as communicated through our website's announcement bar during the time you placed your order. This was a temporary measure to ensure that we could maintain the quality and accuracy of our services despite the increased volume. We are pleased to inform you that as of two days ago, we have returned to our standard processing time of 7-10 business days. We are now working diligently to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this unusually busy period. Our customer service team has been dedicated to providing you with timely updates and will continue to do so until your product is safely in your hands. We are confident that you will find the product to be worth the wait and hope it exceeds your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the chance to make things right. Warm regards, Fenrir team.
