I just purchased a bass from Fenders MOD Shop. This is, by far, the sweetest thing I've ever laid my hands on. OMG! Everything about my new bass is more than perfect! And it plays as well as it looks , and it is breathtaking! Well done! Brilliant!

I, have been a Strat player all my life. I recently bought one from the Mod Shop, and I couldn't be more pleased. It's everything I expected. I do own many other Stratocasters but this one is very special. Thank you Mod Shop, for making my dream come true:)

I recently had a disappointing experience with my Rumble 40 bass amps, as two of them failed within six months. After the first amp stopped working a couple of months in, I received a warranty replacement from Fender. Unfortunately, the second amp also crapped out, which led me to lose faith in Fender products altogether. I requested my money back but learned that Fender doesn’t offer refunds. Fortunately, Kane from Consumer Relations was incredibly kind and helpful. He upgraded me to a Rumble 100 and kept me updated throughout the process, providing shipment tracking details along the way. I received it a week after reaching out to him. Kane also reminded me of Fender's two-year warranty, which gives me confidence that I’ll receive excellent support if my Rumble 100 fails. Fingers crossed that it doesn't!

Caesar Tapia provided wonderful customer support. He was very responsive and took care of my issue. I've always been a Fender fan, but now more than ever. I will continue to trust Fender and their products!
