Carina C, supervisor at player experience , has been tremendously helpful in a couple of different situations. As a consumer and long time Fender player, I really value her response to my needs! -Jeff C.

I experienced issues with shipping and David Lansing and Shane could not have been more understanding and helpful. They quickly resolved the issue and made sure I got my guitar as soon as possible. I appreciate all the help and the guitar is beautiful! Thanks again!

The response time, and that they took the time to answer a small question is revealing of employees who are awesome. And the company that allows them the time to do this is great.

Here is a company that truly stands behind it's products. I love my Fender Mustang LT25 guitar amp, it's my go amp for practice. But after owning it for a year it developed a loud hum. I emailed tech support and got Mark B on the case. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He walked me through some simple stuff and we determined that there was a defect. He immediately shipped me a new one that arrived in just a few days. I can't adequately express how simple the process was. I own a few Fender products and look forward to getting more. Thank you Fender, and thank you Mark B, for keeping it real.

David help with my problem made it quick and easy gave me a solution and all around was very helpful.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I contacted Fender for help with not 1 but 2 bass guitars. Will D. was amazing and showed me that Fender really does care about its customers. He went as far as getting me a completely new bass because the first one had a truss rod/neck issue. And he had extreme attention to detail, taking the time to get me a missing allen key and even a bridge saddle for another bass I was having issues with. He stayed in contact with me for as long as I needed and seemed to genuinely care about the issues I was having. I have tons of Fender guitars and I feel even better about trusting them as a company after my experience with Will. He would not rest until all my problems were taken care of!

We had an issue with a guitar and reached out to Fender to see if they could help. The customer service rep, David Lansing, immediately responded and sent out a replacement! We are thoroughly impressed with Fender and in particular, with David! Thanks!

I’ve bought Fender products many times and have always been satisfied. I had a problem with a new amp bought recently, and after contacting Fender directly, they handled the situation quickly. Really happy with their commitment to providing excellent customer service.
