You want a GREAT growing company to sell your house, you need to contact Tyler/Felix in the Franklin and Cool Springs area of TN. We listed with him, the process was great, he came explained everything. After that very great professional pictures were posted and we SOLD 6 hours after his posting. Best of all we saved , Yes thousands.

We had a great experience selling with Felix Homes. They were very responsive, communication was great, the professional photos were top quality, and we were able to receive multiple offers on the day we listed! We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Now we recommend Felix Homes to all our friends!

Just sold my home with Felix Homes! They have the whole process dialed in and very streamlined. We were only on the market for a total of 11 days. I will defiantly be recommending them to my family and friends.

We just finished selling our home with felix and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The only thing that caused hiccups in our selling process came from the buyers end and our agent worked day and night to get it resolved quickly which he did. Felix knows what they are doing and they deliver great support and saved us lots of money!

We contacted Felix Homes for assistance in selling our home of 30 years. let me tell you, they met all of our expectations. Within a few days of hiring them, we had a buyer so we didn't have to deal with open houses. They’re true professionals. Our personal agent advised us on what we needed to do in order to present our home to buyers without having to incur too many costs. She guided us thru the process & really listened to all of our concerns. If we had questions, she always took the time to get us answers. The entire process was pretty painless. We would definitely refer anyone to her in need of a realtor.

Have nothing but good things to say about my experience selling with Felix Homes. Very happy with the way things went and I’m glad that this kind of alternative to a traditional realtor exists. Kudos to the Felix team!

The process with Felix Homes was very easy. We had a complicated issue with someone who was living at the house but our agent was able to work around that.

I will definitely use Felix Homes again over a standard agent it makes you wonder how the other agents warrant their price for literally the same if not lower service compared to Felix.
