3/19/2024, Experience! I used Tyler and his team once again for the sale/purchase of a home in Nashville. The market isn't the best and I know peers have had difficulty getting offers. I was able to sell my home for full asking price and just using Felix saved me over $20,000 in commissions. His team took professional photos of my property (used a drone and post processing). Providing top tier service! I had my home under contract in just 10 days and couldn't be happier. With the recent judgement against realtors we see that sellers had/have been charged insane amounts of money on both ends of the transaction. Tyler and Felix are way ahead of the game and you are giving a used car sales person (traditional realtor) 20-30k extra by not using his service. There is no silver lining --- this is not to good to be true.
