I previously wrote a one star review...this is update.
I previously wrote a one star review. A package that was out to ship....and again..out to ship. After calling twice trying to get my package....they did it. It was delivered. A driver in a rental truck stated Albany is very busy and behind. This man was from a different FedEx location and was helping With deliveries. So someone realized there was a need and took action.
