Purchased a Christian flag and an American flag both were very nice and will definitely order from federal Flags again when needed . I ordered on Sunday and received them by Friday .

I do not normally call directly into customer service for this type of on-line purchase. But the web site is not the best or easiest to navigate for some of the items Federal Flags sells. So I called the contact number listed on the web site. I didn't have to wait long before I got through to customer service. Lena was friendly & professional. She answered all of my questions quickly, directed me to the locations on the web site I inquired about and made the experience easy. I completed my purchase through the on-line shopping cart.
