The flags were good quality and overall what we were expecting. The low rating is due to the fact that I paid for next day air shipping, for an additional $108, and yet only 2 of the five flags that I ordered arrived the next day. The other three flags took 4 days from the date of the order. I have reached out to customer service, but they did not seem like they had a plan to refund any of the shipping fees.

Upon placing my order and had not received my order after 3 + weeks. I contacted customer service who attempted to try and find where the delay was. After resending a new set and giving me a delivery date that after 2 days past that date, still no flags. A second call was placed with customer service and again order was resent. This time a tracking number was placed on the order at my request. I received my order the day after tracker said it was out for delivery.
