My initial training first began with system installation by Tony. Tony did a great job initializing the Federal Direct software, explaining the process, and completing the install all with ease. The next day was an overview and training by Richard. Through remote log-on, Richard provided clear and concise instruction as he trained me on the hierarchy of the software, lead me through many examples, schedules, filing costs, and we even discussed hot topical tax issues pertinent to 2015 filing. He spent a very generous amount of time teaching in the various areas including other resources available to me as a Federal Direct partner and the various IRS certifications available. Richard is a very gifted trainer and will ask for him the next time I have a training need. Thanks to both Tony and Richard for more than excellent service! I am still in the start up phase, but so far service has been excellent. Every time I call I get a live person answering and I usually get my questions answered on the spot. The roll out and training has been excellent and the software seems very easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone.
