Cassie and FedBiz Access were extremely helpful with renewing our SAM registration. Cassie was able to walk us through the process of getting back into the system from an inactive registration to an active one. FedBiz follows up in a timely manner to make sure we are set up each year for renewal. I would not have been able to navigate the registration process without them!

Cassie was very helpful throughout the whole renewal process with our municipality and also followed up with assistance on a change in our bank accounts. She was super responsive and took care of our problem almost immediately.
