FedBiz AccessReviews of fedbizaccess.com

I would just like to shout out Cassie Elbanay at Fedbiz for the awesome help she’s been helping me navigate through this maze on the government website. They’ve really made things a breeze and helped me understand everything i need in the most simplest way. They make me feel like a pro at this and watching my business grow and transition with their help was amazing. Thank you again guys.

FedBiz Access is so easy to work with to maintain my SAM listing as well as my GSA schedule. They guide me throught he process and take care of everything with such quality and knowledge. Cassie was great to work with doing my SAM renewal this year. Fast and easy and this is most definately worth it to a small business that is busy running operational things and not wanting to get bogged down by this task.

We have been active with FedBiz for several years, and Cassie has been our quarterback. Attention to detail, effectiveness, and clear communication are the operative words to describe our experience. In addition, she is delightful to work alongside.

Cassie Elbanay has been an amazing person to work with since I started. She helped me through our renewal process and has always been available to answer any questions or help where she can. Even if she is not the correct person to speak with, she has always made sure the correct department/person has helped with anything needed. She is such a sweet person and its always a pleasure to speak with or email with her. I look forward to many more interactions with her and we need more Cassie's around.

Working with Cassie was so professional and easy.

My experience with FedBiz was exceptional. My initial interaction with the company was with a gentleman named Sidney, who was informative and clear in his explanation of the features and benefits of hiring FedBiz. Within 24 hours, I was on a discovery call with Kayla - my FedBiz. Kayla was knowledgeable and provided insights and easy-to-follow instructions on how to maximize my profile for optimal results. Since our call, Kayla has followed up with numerous instructional emails and has proven that she is my go-to guide throughout the process of establishing myself within the SAM platform. I feel more confident in my professional presence and trust that I am in very good hands with the team at FedBiz. I'd recommend them to anyone willing to invest in their professional profile and financial future.

Working with them is a breeze! They make staying current and filing complete information so easy. They know how to navigate the government websites and put your company in the best light possible for potential projects. Highly recommend!

Cassie was very delightful to work with. FedBiz makes my life so much easier.
