Never used a travel site before, always booked directly with airline, so was extremely hesitant. Tix were much cheaper on the site and I received my tix confirmation 3 hrs later....awesome. Alfred Shaw was my agent and he did all he could to ensure I had the flights I needed at a great price.

I booked a flight within the US, provided credit card etc. received a message, 'under review` , about 6 hours later receive a call that the flight is no longer available, but of course, a more expensive alternative is available. Sounds like a classic bait and switch scam
