Charles was sooo helpful. Patient and reassured me that everything was good to go for my flights this Wednesday 10/7/2026. He walked me through my concerns and went over what luggage I can bring and even sent me my etickets again just so they were at the top of my email and easy to access. Charles was great! Thank you Charles!

I wouldn’t give this cheating no good travel agency no stars but you don’t get that option! They are cheap flights in there own mine you end up paying 5 times the amount they say and when it’s time for your flight they change your times of departure and don’t tell you and if you can’t do that departure time they want to charge you $200 more to change it , please never use this company they are crooked people from another country trying to rip you off I will never do this again by the way we never used the tickets and we filed a dispute against them they said it’s non refundable but the credit card ppl said it’s not True ! Don’t use these people ever !! Dishonest crooked people ! FBC Travel Agency 🤬

These Jokers are deceptive and rude they hang up on me when I had questions and their prices online are different than the ones they actually quote you afterward.. they are all foreigners and don't give a shit about Americans trying to book a flight do not use them..

ABSOLUTE SCAM STG the minute you book they will take your money within hours they will tell you “sorry that flight is unavailable you should have booked 21 days ago but we have a similar flight for 300+ more dollars” and no there is no refund on the initial booking so they lock the “to good to be true” price, then charge you $300 more i paid $560 for a one way ticket when i could have went on google flight and got the same ticket for $336 i am beyond pissed
