I had booked a flight and was looking forward to receiving my ticket. Soon after, I received a call from your agent, Ms. Elena Ross, who informed me that the price of the flight I had booked had risen and gave me other options. I was irritated by the change because I couldn't afford the increased price at the time, and the agent was quite cool and professional in explaining the problem. All I wanted to do at that moment was hang up and hunt for other options on my own, but she actively engaged me on the phone, offering several additional solutions. She was persistent, and after several back-and-forths, she was able to find me another flight that was quite close to my destination at a reasonable price. She was quite helpful.

It has been over twelve years since I have been able to visit my youngest son and his family. So when I called FBC I was served by a lady named Elena Ross and she helped me get a flight to see them at a very reasonable rate. She was polite, concerned about my needs and got me a reasonable rate on a ticket. I am leaving the third week of October and can hardly wait to get there.

This is a bait and switch it should not be allowed they have the flights listed and then they change the rate
