Kevin was excellent in assisting me when there was a problem with my round-trip flight from Gulfport, MS and Atlanta. He helped me when Visa refused my payment due to Fraud and in proving that Sky2Sail was really a legitimate business. He was polite and patient in seeing that all issues were resolved and did not rush me.

Kevin is extremely helpful, he realized that I’m not very tech savvy and walked me through the process. I feel he addressed my questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. I highly appreciate you Kevin, keep up the great work.

Jason was very helpful. He was patient with us taking our time making a decision. He was also very thorough in making sure the information was correct. We compared with Delta direct, and it was great savings!

Today I purchased my airline ticket and Cynthia Parker from FBC Travels assisted me through the entire phone conversation. She got me a great price and was very courteous and professional, I recommend her for any future flight reservations.!

I was helped by Kevn. I received such excellent service! The people in this company are so caring. Kevin went out of his way to give me the most affordable international trip. He was so patient with me because I had problems accessing the correct credit card information and flight travel times. Kevin went through the entire process in seeking the right trip for me until he saw that I was happy. Also, the team at FBC travels works together to satisfy their customers. I whole heartily recommend this travel agency to all. You won't regret it.

Tyler was great at assisting me with getting my ticket. His service was a 5 but the process was long, thats why I gave a 4. I did not appreciate getting one price and then telling me that was no longer available after the payment.
