An unusual & very fishy experience: A couple of hours after purchasing a ticket online I received a call from FBC Travels informing me that due to my restricted cabin fare I cannot have neither a carryon nor can I check in a suitcase for a fee. I cannot check in online 24 hours prior. On top of personal check in at departure point I have to personally check in again at my connection point. The way out is to pay an extra $169 & return 2 days prior. None of these restrictions were available in writing before purchase. The information was relayed to me by phone.

She was so great. She was so Patient knowing how to deal with customers, trying to find a solution and very helpful. Next time i would like to book through her.

Pésimo servicio! Te ofrecen pasajes muy baratos y al día siguiente te llaman informándote de supuestas restricciones del pasaje (como por ejemplo que no puedes comprar maletas ni tampoco comprar asiento)…. Te ofrecen ahí cambiarte el pasaje por otro más caro que si te da derecho a comprar maletas…. Realmente pésimo, una real estafa. Tuve que llamar a mi banco para declararlo como una estafa para conseguir Gu ir el reembolso.

Decepcionante , después de haber comprado 3 tickets a indonesia me llamaron directamente para decirme que las restricciones decian que no hay devoluciones y que no incluia asiento ni maletas y pretendieron venderme el llevar maletas por $890 dlls mas por persona , no vuelvo a a tratar con fbctravels en mi vida

Deceitful website with flights they offer. Booked my flight, received a call advising the fee would have to be increased due to they couldn't offer me what I purchased. Was given endless excuses. Definitely not using them again! Agents exact words " I expect a 5 star rating". He was so upset at me when I declined.

This is 100$ % a scam agency, do not book with them, if you do call your bank immediately and speak with the fraud department
