FathomReviews of fathom.video

I LOVE Fathom! When I ask it questions about my meetings, not only does it give me the correct answer, but it also shows me at what point in the meeting recording that subject was discussed. I also love the to-do list or action steps it sends me via email after the meeting ends. The AI analysis or meeting summary is perfect too! I'm always super impressed with Fathom, and now that I've started using it, I can't imagine having another meeting without it. It's definitely one of my favorite tools! Thanks Fathom!

I have been using Fathom for a while now and it has made my life so much easier. I can enjoy being in a meeting without worrying about capturing every little detail. Fathom not only records but using AI makes my notes for me. This has improved every area of my workflow.

The AI summary feature is very helpful for customer meetings. The UI could be improved, it can be a little crowded and pops up unnecessarily. It is most helpful for recording and summarizing meetings.

Helped a lot in taking notes while being focused in meetings

I like using Fathom for meetings and find it really valuable for its complete and accurate review, including highlights and key points. The 'ask Fathom' feature is particularly impressive because it allows me to get information about specific action items or key things said during a meeting, which is super useful. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

Fathom is really easy to use and just works in the background. The notes are clear and pick up the key points and actions properly. It saves me a lot of time, no more writing notes or going back over meetings, it emails me the organised minute and Transcript - I can eben search the transcript for specific parts

What do you like best about Fathom? Sharing stuff is really easy, saving me tons of time trying to get on Zoom, then finding the recording, and then being able to share it in a easy to get way (though forcing the receiver to create an account can be a turnoff for people). I also really enjoy how it breaks down action items, highlights, and overview - this helps bring accountability to the meetings. The coaching interface is something I didn't even know existed, but i enjoy the insights after i end the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fathom? Forcing the people who want to view the summary to make an account. This annoys most people I send summaries to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? I no longer have to spend time taking notes or remembering what was said in a meeting. Fundamentally, it helps bring accountability in a structured way

As a lifecycle manager, I’m on calls constantly, and Fathom has honestly made my workflow way smoother. The UI is super clean and easy to navigate, so it never feels like extra work to use it, it just fits into my process. I also like how seamlessly it integrates with my meetings without needing a complicated setup. Performance-wise, it’s been really reliable. The summaries come through quickly and are actually useful, not just generic notes. The AI does a great job pulling out key points, action items, and important context, which makes it way easier for me to manage follow-ups and keep campaigns aligned with what clients are asking for. In terms of ROI, it’s a no-brainer for me. It saves me so much time on note-taking and helps me stay organized across multiple clients, which directly impacts how efficiently I can execute and communicate. I didn’t need much support to get started because onboarding was pretty straightforward, but everything feels intuitive enough that you can just jump in and start using it right away.
