I've been using Fathom for almost 2 years now. I've tried different notetakers along the way and I have to say that none of them offered me what Fathom offers. It is so useful to have your notes in different formats: video, clips, highlights, pain points, notes, transcripts, etc. Every time I have coworkers asking for my notes because they are ¨easier to understand¨.

I've tried several meeting recording products, this is by far the best. It has helped me so much, even on their free plan, that it made me genuinely want to leave a positive review over here.

I run a marketing agency in Bucharest and I record almost every call I lead: a weekly PPC meeting with a hospital group client, internal web team syncs, and new business calls with prospects and partners. What I value most is that I can stay in the conversation instead of taking notes. The summary and action items are ready right after the call, and they're good enough to send to the team as meeting minutes. It also handles languages well. Most of my calls are in Romanian. I didn't expect it to cope with that, but the recording and transcript were usable. It works the same whether the call is on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Some clients insist on Teams, so that matters to me. The biggest benefit came when I connected Fathom to Claude. My AI assistant now reads the transcripts directly. I can ask what we agreed on with a client three weeks ago, or have follow-ups and CRM next steps drafted from what was actually said in the call. The recordings went from an archive I never opened to something I use every day.

Really intuitive. The user interface is great and the functionality is fantastic. Also very little downtime. Really haven't had any technical issues with it and I've been using it for about a year. Use Fathom daily for work and it makes organizing tasks, follow-up, and everything so much easier than anything else that I've ever used.

Fathom has been helpful for meeting recording plus embedded AI and transcripts, including transcripts in a local language. It also feels like a solid option for small businesses that want meeting recording without paying for full suites, and the free usage option can be a big help for startups. We use the recordings for internal team meetings and client meetings to support training. The application is super helpful. Great opportunities for post and during call transcripts, summaries and follow ups with the Salesforce integration.
