Fathom, the #1-rated AI meeting partner, captures what matters in every conversation and turns it into momentum for what comes next. Now part of Superhuman. Fathom offers bot-based or fully Bot-Free meeting capture across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, with support for multiple languages. Bot-free is available on Mac now, with Windows coming soon. It also has an iOS app. AI Summaries include action items, follow-up email drafts, and 17+ summary templates. Summaries and notes sync automatically to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Close, with integrations for Slack, Notion, Asana, and Zapier. For meeting intelligence, Ask Fathom surfaces answers across your entire meeting history, Trackers proactively alert you when topics you care about come up, and AI Scorecards help you assess call quality. Fathom’s MCP integration connects that same knowledge to Claude and ChatGPT. The outcome: teams cut post-meeting admin work and turn every recorded conversation into a searchable, connected knowledge base – without adding another tool to manage.

The best tool I've used for meeting transcription. The summary notes sent after the calls are highly accurate and have saved a lot of time typing up notes after calls. I'm a freelance marketing consultant and Fathom is now an essential tool for me. Support is also great should you need it.

Fathom has addressed three major challenges for us. First, it has resolved the issue of inefficient note-taking by removing the need for a dedicated note-taker during meetings. This change enables our entire team to stay fully engaged in discussions, resulting in more productive conversations and improved collaboration. Second, Fathom has enhanced meeting accountability. Previously, action items and decisions were often lost or forgotten, but now, with clear and shareable summaries delivered immediately after each meeting, everyone has access to a single, reliable source of information. This has significantly strengthened our project follow-through and client communication. Finally, Fathom has saved us considerable time on meeting recaps. When someone misses a meeting, they no longer need to watch a lengthy recording or ask others for a summary. Instead, they can quickly catch up in less than two minutes by reading the summary and reviewing key timestamped highlights. This has been a tremendous boost to our overall efficiency.

Fathom is simple and compatible. It works everywhere and you don't have to think about it. The AI integration is superb. I love the "Ask Fathom" feature because I can ask it any question about what was said, when it was said, etc. during the call. It works across browsers, video call platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and is very robust and resilient (e.g. if it does ever drop, a new agent is automatically sent into the meeting to pick up the call recording ASAP). Support is responsive from my one experience with them.

The note taking is on point, non intrusive and i have access to everything i need - the video, transcript, timelines and an fantastic AI summary. It has all the features i need for me to keep account of my meetings, demos and other activities.

It functions perfectly across several languages, which is something I haven't experienced with other AI notetakers, they usually fall short in this area. Additionally, it's impressively fast, and I really appreciate having various summary options available. Additionally, setup took literally few seconds.

I love a lot of the features, but the standout for me is the AI search across every recording I have access to. I can literally ask, “When is Bob on vacation?” and it pulls the answer, plus a link straight to the exact moment in the meeting where it was said. Answer + proof in one shot.
