We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by your recent purchase from FastSoftwares.com. Unfortunately, the product you selected was an older version, and we were unable to activate it as intended. To resolve the issue, we offered an upgrade to a 2013 or 2019 version, but we completely understand your decision to decline. As customer satisfaction is our top priority, we have processed a full refund to ensure you are not inconvenienced further. We value your trust and are working to prevent similar issues in the future by improving our product listings and activation processes. Should you have any other concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize once again for the experience.
