Everyone there is very friendly and helpful

Superfast service Love it

The shipping was faster than we expected. Overall the service was good.

Items as described and quick shipping. Thank you for the great service.

Ordered a ReelCraft hose reel July 23, received an email 1 week later confirming shipping. However, upon closer inspection, it was confirmed to be shipped August 28... The item was "in-stock" when purchased. Now, just waiting 6 weeks while $1,000 is just hanging out there in the ether for an "in-stock" product. I will be ordering three more of these items, for a total of 4, but, will not be using Fastoolnow again. I am shopping now to see who else has them in stock and can ship 1 faster for testing purposes and return of this item to fastoolnow.

Fast and correct, does it get any better?

Great prices and some of the fastest shipping ive seen. Worth shopping here.

Great company to deal with, very professional and helpful with my order. Looking forward to receiving the drill press I ordered.
