Parts were readily available and shipping was speedy. Able to easily track orders. Have had great experiences with our orders so far.

I was sent the wrong part and when I brought it to the company's attention nothing was done and I had to just buy the parts elsewhere. Spent $55 in change with shipping for next day. It took almost a week and both peaces were wrong. When I tried to have it fixed I was told it wasn't there fault and if I wanted different brackets I would need to put in a new order. Will never use them again and would 100% not recommend to anyone

Fastool provides some hard-to-find hardware items at a fair price. My purchase of specialized Simpson Strong-Tie screws, which I could not find locally, arrived in perfect condition as described. I will check with Fastool again to meet future needs.
