Dear, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your sunglasses. However, we would like to clarify that we have kept you fully informed throughout the entire process of your order. When your order was delivered, instead of requesting a return directly through our customer service, you chose to open a dispute with your credit card company. Once a dispute is in place, we are unable to process a refund or issue a return label on our side until the dispute is withdrawn — as we have already explained in our previous communications. We are still fully committed to resolving this matter. As soon as the payment dispute is removed, we will be able to proceed with the return of your order and the corresponding refund. Please contact us directly at [email protected] once you have withdrawn the dispute, so we can finalize the process as quickly as possible. Kind regards, Fastly London.

We’ve also responded to every email you’ve sent, and our team is available to assist with any further questions or updates. Dear, We are truly sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify the situation with full transparency. Firstly, if we were a scam, you would not have received your order — which you did. Throughout the entire process, we kept you informed by email, clearly explaining the delivery timelines as stated in our store policy. Despite receiving the products, you chose to open a chargeback and did not return the items, even after being notified of the proper return process. For this reason, a collection process was initiated via the email address used at checkout, as is standard practice when items are retained without payment. Fastly London is not a scam, but a small business that handles all customer claims seriously and respectfully. We will be in touch shortly to guide you through the next steps for returning the items, should you still wish to do so. We remain at your disposal for any further clarification. Kind regards, Fastly London

Dear Diana, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly glad to hear that you’re happy with your order — and even more grateful for your patience throughout the wait. As a small business, we do our very best to ensure quality and accuracy, even when logistics take a bit longer than expected. It means a lot to us that, despite the delay, you recognised the value and quality of our products. Your feedback helps build the trust that keeps us growing. We hope to serve you again soon — and next time, we’ll do our best to deliver even faster! Warm regards, Fastly London

Dear Iyobosa, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and for the frustration caused by the delay. We completely understand your concern. However, we’d like to clarify that your parcel was successfully delivered five days after this review was posted. We are a small business and, at times of high demand, shipping may take slightly longer — but we always ensure that every customer receives their order. We are absolutely not a scam. In fact, many of our customers later return to say that, despite the wait, the product was well worth it — and we truly hope you’ll feel the same once you've had a chance to enjoy your order. Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’re here to help. Kind regards, Fastly London
