Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Fastly London completely ignores all my emails — zero communication, zero responsibility. The worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I want my money back!

Hello Oana, We are truly sorry to read your review. Please allow us to clarify that all of our products correspond exactly to the descriptions and photos available on our website. We do not sell counterfeit goods, and we take these allegations very seriously. Our aim is always to provide our customers with items that meet the quality and style presented online, and we regret if your experience did not meet expectations. To better understand your case and provide the best solution, our support team will reach out to you directly. You can also contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will be glad to assist you right away. Kind regards, The Fastly London Team
My one star review is based fully on the fact that I have emailed their customer support to arrange a return and refund and it got declined on the basis their measurements of the sunglasses on the website and the product received are the same. First of all, the email address mentioned does not work, I had to research for the correct email address. I have explained the reason of my return is that I am not happy with the quality of their products. They replied asking if I have measured the size of the items and if this is the same with what is mentioned on their website. That’s not why I asked for a refund! then they have replied saying my request has been reviewed and my refund request has not been approved. On their website it mentions if you are not satisfied with their products they offer a hassle free return and refund. It is all a scam and are trying to make this whole process difficult and impossible to return their products and get your money back. I am sorry to say but DO NOT USE and DO NOT ORDER from this website.

Dear, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and always strive to provide a transparent and fair service to our customers. In this case, we have carefully reviewed your request and confirmed that the sunglasses you received match exactly the product and measurements advertised on our website. For this reason, your initial request for a refund could not be approved under our policy. We reached out to you requesting further details about the reason for your dissatisfaction, as we truly wanted to understand and assist you better. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our follow-up, which made it difficult for us to move forward with an alternative solution. We would like to stress that our returns policy is genuine and in place to protect both our customers and our store. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and regret that you feel otherwise. If you would like to continue the conversation, we remain available at [email protected] and will be glad to look into other ways of assisting you. Kind regards, Fastly London.

Dear, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your sunglasses. However, we would like to clarify that we have kept you fully informed throughout the entire process of your order. When your order was delivered, instead of requesting a return directly through our customer service, you chose to open a dispute with your credit card company. Once a dispute is in place, we are unable to process a refund or issue a return label on our side until the dispute is withdrawn — as we have already explained in our previous communications. We are still fully committed to resolving this matter. As soon as the payment dispute is removed, we will be able to proceed with the return of your order and the corresponding refund. Please contact us directly at [email protected] once you have withdrawn the dispute, so we can finalize the process as quickly as possible. Kind regards, Fastly London.
This is a scam. Do not be fooled by their responses on here. They do not to respond on the email posted on here. This is 100% a scam
