I was previously a customer of another VPN provider but switched to FastestVPN because my router doesn’t support OpenVPN. After trying it out, it worked well initially on a German server, though I did notice occasional stuttering. To improve this, I switched to the Belgium server, and for one day, the connection was fine. However, after that, the connection quality deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, there’s only one server available in Belgium, and I’m reluctant to switch to a different country for fear of getting banned in multiplayer games due to frequent IP changes. For the past week, the connection has been so poor that I can’t even play online anymore. As a result, I had to go back to my old VPN provider and use the PC application, as FastestVPN just keeps loading on Windows without any results. Now, let’s talk about customer support. FastestVPN advertises 24/7 support, but after opening a ticket, I waited for over an hour without receiving any response. I eventually gave up. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I searched online for how to do so. I found instructions that said: “Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu. Find your VPNFast subscription in the list and tap on it. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.” However, there was no option to cancel at all. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being cautious about which VPN provider you choose. If you’re looking for a service with poor connection reliability and unresponsive support, FastestVPN is an option to consider—but I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

This company is nothing but a front to scam people so they can cover their tracks and diversify their shady business. I did not hear from them at all until I disputed everything with the credit card company. Here are the other businesses that they are affiliated with: Emerald Ghostwriting, Barnes Ghostwriting, Dawn Ghostwriting, Texona Marketing, Singularity Group, Craftech Innovations, and Cubeval Inc. Once you give them your money, best of luck getting back because they'll provide fake invoices to the credit card company claiming that the charges are for something different that what you paid for. If you do work with them, make them sign CONTRACTS with EVERYTHING in writing. See how they respond.
