We are a factory wholesale platform that mainly serves commercial customers such as wholesalers and retailers, and also provides corresponding services for individual customers and drop shipping customers. We are putting out more energy to provide better service to our real customers, and have no energy to refute negative comments about individual competitors or picky individual customers. If you have any questions, we suggest you communicate with your account manager before making a judgment, unwarranted suspicion does not make any sense for your business development. Thank you for your understanding.

According to your name, we are unable to locate the corresponding account. However, we can accurately respond that your claim of no one responding does not exist at all. We refuse to accept your unfounded accusation, which is a clear malicious attack. It should be noted that there is a clear notice on our app and on the personal center of our website that any user can delete his/her account by himself/herself, and that our system does not retain any information after the account is deleted. This is the user's right. Thank you for your understanding.
