We reject any malicious and completely false negative reviews. Please provide real and valid evidence to prove that your account is true. Four days ago, we responded to your so-called questions in detail, but to date, we have not received any further information from you through any channel, except for this negative review. It should be emphasized that your review contains serious inaccuracies, and the payment dates are inconsistent. Below is our response at that time. Please read it carefully, and we welcome all customers to read and evaluate it. ----------------------------- We regret to inform you that we have found no registration information or order records associated with you in our platform system. We hereby clarify that on April 19th, our platform did not receive any payment orders from Canada in the amount of 36 US dollars or 53.82 US dollars. All customers placing orders on FashionTIY choose their preferred payment methods independently and will be redirected to third-party payment pages. You are required to enter your personal payment password to complete the transaction after confirming the exact payment amount. Our platform has never had any automatic fund deduction incidents, as you claimed. Meanwhile, our cooperating credit card payment service providers also decline all unverified payments. The situation you described is highly identical to that of another user we assisted with a few days ago. After thorough verification, the user confirmed that he did not make purchases on our platform, but was scammed on a fraudulent counterfeit website. We advise you to check all your transaction records around April 19th, including all the deductions you mentioned, to confirm the payment channels and actual recipients of these funds. Please contact your bank immediately to apply for intercepting these abnormal charges. Your bank can also confirm the actual platform where you made the payment and suffered the fraud. If you have any questions during the verification process, we are willing to provide you with professional help and suggestions. We also remind all customers that online fraud cases have been frequent recently, so please exercise extreme caution in all transactions. No matter which platform you use for shopping, please save screenshots of order pages on your mobile phones or computers, and keep all payment records properly. This enables you to file complaints and protect your property rights promptly once you encounter fraud and avoid financial losses. Finally, we make a formal statement: FashionTIY is a mature B2B platform providing wholesale and customization services, with more than ten years of experience in the industry. We will not take any responsibility for matters that have nothing to do with our official platform. Even so, we will sincerely assist you in safeguarding your legitimate rights and interests and jointly fight against illegal online fraud behaviors. Please recognize our official brand accurately, pay attention to the correct spelling, and stay away from counterfeit platforms. Dear Asauntiwa Taylor, Upon receiving your comment, we immediately verified and cross-checked your information. Fortunately, we found your registration record in our system dated May 6, 2026. We promptly contacted you via email to inquire about the specific details. Based on your reply email, you registered a membership account on a certain platform using your regularly used email address, and placed an order to purchase a pair of white Air Max 95 sneakers on April 21, 2026. We would like to specially clarify that your registration date on our platform is later than the order and payment date you mentioned. Therefore, we confirm that you did not place this order on our platform. Regarding your purchase of the white Air Max 95 on April 21, 2026, as mentioned in your email, after verification, this appears to be a sneaker style from Nike’s Air Max 95 series. Our platform has never sold this style of sneakers, as selling Nike products without official authorization is illegal and non-compliant. Meanwhile, to avoid brand infringement, our platform does not sell any replica or counterfeit products whatsoever. This further confirms that your order was not placed on our platform. Given the above circumstances, we recommend that you check your transaction records around April 21, 2026. Please confirm the payment method used for this white Air Max 95 order (PayPal, Stripe card, or other payment methods). Once you locate the payment record, you can view the corresponding payee company information to identify the exact platform where you purchased the sneakers. We sincerely hope you can reply further and advise which platform you purchased. Should you have any questions or confusion, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance and suggestions.

Dear partner, After receiving your feedback and comments, our platform immediately verified the situation with the Support Agent Group. After verification, you are placing an order on the platform for the first time, and you have chosen [Economy Sea Cargo DDP Transportation Service]. The sea freight service usually arrives at the destination port 13-15 working days after the sailing. After that, the logistics company will cooperate with the local customs to clear customs and pay tariffs. After customs clearance, it will be delivered to UPS Express for door-to-door delivery service. You may have some misunderstandings. It is not the Express service you mentioned. When you check the [Economy Sea Cargo DDP Transportation Service] transportation method, there are detailed introductions and precautions attached, and this transportation method does not require you to clear customs and pay any tariffs. To avoid such misunderstandings from continuing to occur, the platform will strengthen the detailed description and introduction of logistics methods. At present, your goods are already on the voyage. To thank you for your feedback, please contact your agent, and she will apply for this free shipping service for you. At the same time, we also support the creation of brands and customized services. Please contact us for more service introductions. I wish you a prosperous business~~

Each guest has different needs, and we will do our best to meet legitimate and reasonable requests. But we cannot accommodate unreasonable demands and we cannot prevent negative reviews from such guests. We are a comprehensive wholesale platform that has been operating legally for more than ten years. We mainly serve wholesalers and retailers and have good cooperation with more than 100,000 commercial customers. For some individual buyers who have no purchasing experience and are too picky, some unreasonable requirements cannot be fully satisfied. Your evaluation is baseless and we will not accept it. It is recommended that you make an objective evaluation after actually purchasing it. Thank you for your understanding.
