Easy and smooth transaction

Did not get my product...

The item I purchased worked great for the first few times. After charging it, it doesn’t work anymore. Faulty product? Faulty battery? Either way, very disappointed. After repeatedly trying to contact their customer service with NOT ONE response, it’s safe to say they offer poor service all around.

Great products. Fast shipping. I was disappointed that the ingredients on one product were not fully mentioned in the product description. One key ingredient was not mentioned- Almond Oil. Seeing as many people have nut allergies, including my wife, that is a big problem. Good thing I checked the label before we used it. But now that is wasted money because all the ingredients were not listed on the website.

Purchasing the item went well. After receiving the order I noticed it was the incorrect size. I tried reaching out bia email to exchange or return the item. That was about a week ago and I still haven't received a response. There should be other ways to contact you all about concerns and order errors.

I never received my complete order. Order #100011701-1 was incomplete and no one from customer service wrote me back or called me after I left messages and emails to customer services. I called a store here in Phoenix and they never called me back after I talked to a clerk at the store on Cactus at PV. Terrible service after I paid $80 plus shipping. Never again.
