When I first went to the website, I found an outfit I liked. There wasn't a size, so I opened a chat. The chat was not online, but it said that I leave my name and email address, and I would get a reply. I waited and waited. I even added more to the chat because it suggested it. And I waited and waited. I never got an email with the answer to my question. Not knowing, I choose something else. I based my size on the cup size of the product. When I received it, I tried and couldn't close the corset because if I did I wouldn't be able to breathe. Then there are no exceptions for returns, which really sucks. I probably will go to the actual store from now on. The other items were satisfactory.

Two of the vibrators I ordered do NOT work. I have put them on separate charges for over 12 hours and then 48 hours and they do NOT work or turn on. No wonder they were ON SALE on line. :{ So disappointed. What a waste of money. Address is: 2325 W Midway Bid. Broomfield, CO 80020

The product i received was defective.. unfortunately it seemed to have leak in the hose. Delivery time was great just poor product.

Placed online order yesterday from your website link in email. Link said to use HAPPYHOUR at checkout for discount on items purchased.Check out would not accept code. Multiple times attempted and different computer, still invalid Code. Confirmed correct CODE and spelling. Placed order for birthday and needed to place yesterday. Why would not accept ?

I paid for 2-3 day shipping and I still had to wait a whole week.

The clothing purchased, didn’t come with everything as shown in photos. Also a pair of underwear was larger than what was needed. I didn’t see a size chart during the purchase. Just L-XL. Didn’t get to know the true size fit until the underwear arrived. Waisted some money with this order.

After ordering the clam, it arrived doa and I instantly contacted the company. After about two weeks I received the replacement and it was doa as well. At that point a surprise for my wife had already been enough of a hassle that the mood behind the idea, lost its gusto....
