another shipment of walnuts

The nuts are fine, but the packaging is awful. Previously, it was resealable, but now you have to tear it open and it's hard to keep things fresh without transferring them.

I know I was able to get my nuts from you all the time but now my favorite nuts seem to be out of stock. Brazil nuts and others.

Biggest and only real issue I’ve had over the past few years is the lag time between updates in the computer actually getting translated into “action.” I use the subscribe feature and it has been quite a hassle when I have traveled or moved to adjust the schedule. I will of course see it updated on my end but even a full month later nuts get shipped to the wrong address, multiple conversations with FFN staff required to remedy the issue.

everything great but again hazelnuts not good, lots of them bitter. Please choose another vendor, those which I ordered back in 2022 were better. Olga
