I mainly interacted with Aman, Gaurab, Kajal and Neeraj are wonderful in providing the service towards their customers. What i particularly like about this team is the way they follow up in each and every step of their clients trip both by emails and phone calls as well. Many travel agents do not pay much attention once they book the tickets for their customers as i had noticed but Fareocity assists in an excellent manner until their clients complete their journey. Another important thing i must mention about these people is if at all we have any visa related issues and doubts this team would check thoroughly in their circle and give us the correct feedback to proceed further provided we inform them before booking the tickets. And for any queries they would give very prompt response once you associate with them. They all clarify on much patient note with regards to whatever concerns we have in our discussion to plan for the trip.
