Customer service responds fast and solved my issue when I changed phones.

So far they have been awesome, their customer service, is wonderful and they do theri best to reply within 6 hours. I am guessing the time zone difference plays a major role. I recommend the service, it is one of the best in the market, with affordable numbers and easy to sign up.

Bought a US number was told that I would be able o receive calls but can't receive any US calls. I'm grateful I only got the monthly plan and not the yearly, waist of time. Customer service still hasn't responded to my message.
