I used a gift card to take my parents to see Godzilla. When I got to the theater the code did not work and I had to buy tickets again. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income and things like this add up. This is how you repay those who serve to ensure freedom here in the USA. I will spread the news on how Fandango treats USA service men and women. It's a shame how they treat everyone these reviews are awful.

Purchased new movie release of Argylle, but would not play the movie. My advice is to purchase new movie releases from another provider. I will not use Fandango any longer.

Cannot purchase movie tickets on the app or website. Enter in all information and just keep getting message back that my purchase cannot be completed. I always have problems with Fandango and I wouldn't even use it this time but I received a gift card. Probably a waste of money.

This is a horrible company! There system messed up my purchase. They did give me a refund after I was finally able to get a hold of there customer service but they charged me a service fee and didn't care that the problem was with there system. I would give the 0 stars if I could

It took over an hour to get any kind of assistance with a refund using a promo code. They were going to connect me with a chat and did not, they said they would email me, they did not. I called and it took about 10 minutes to reach a rep. They did not refund the booking fees, but initially told me it was the promo code they couldn't refund which made no sense.

If I could give a .0001 star I would. These people lie, keep people’s money, purposely keep the website from working and then supposedly do what they say they can’t do. I will never buy from Fandango again.

I have a movie that when it comes to the last 20 minutes, I will lose the sound, and then the movie will completely stop playing. It has been a month and a half, and they still have not resolved the problem! Problem started 2/2/24. FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY HORRIBLE, & BAD! I wrote the following letter to FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU customer service: I would like to be contacted by a representative of FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) located in the United States of America, the reason I am requesting this is that the foreign company that you have contracted with to do customer service for FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) customers is totally incompetent, and the customer service they provide is ridiculously bad! It’s not only a communication problem, It’s obvious they don’t give a damn about providing good customer service, all they do is give you the runaround in resolving problems. You can call numerous times on an issue you’re having with a FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) movie, and they do not resolve it! I do not understand why a customer of FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) cannot speak to a customer service representative located in the United States of America, especially when the present customer service, which is located outside, the USA is so horribly bad! I have a big investment in FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) Movies and I would appreciate receiving good customer service when I have a problem. I really cannot believe how horrible and ridiculously bad the present customer service is, that is being provided by your company! THE PARENT COMPANIES THAT OWN “FANDANGO AT HOME” ( FORMERLY VUDU) ARE NBCUNIVERSAL & WARNER BROS. DISCOVERY, and apparently they don’t give a damn about the poor customer service of their subsidiary company! as of March 19, 2024 the problem has still not been resolved! There are numerous complaints on the Internet about the horrendous, atrocious customer service given by “FANDANGO AT HOME” ( formerly VUDU), they have changed the name, but the horrendous atrocious customer service still exist!

This app has a terrible refund policy. They claim it is impossible to grant a refund after the movie start time; that means that if you buy tickets but something is wrong (screen too dark, theater lights not off, no picture, no sound, etc) and leave the movie, it’s impossible to get a refund. Every movie theater chain will tell you that Fandango needs to refund your money & Fandango will tell you it’s impossible to give you a refund because of “their system” not allowing. No one will take responsibility, they act like “the system” is doing this to you, not the terrible business choices of the company.
