Not once has this company checked on me except to try to sell me product. The instructions are confusing as to how many units I give myself. I only got one vial and for two months also. One review stated, contamination after 30 days from being opened?

I purchase a plan in June. They sent me a bunch of syringes. They never sent the medication and said it was in the syringes. NOTHING WAS IN THEM. I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS AND VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE. ITS SEPTEMBER NOW AND STILL NO MEDICATION!!! I am so angry. PROMISE AFTER PROMISE NOTHING!!!

SCAM! Don't waist your money and time. The medications they provide have very low patency. No customer support. No access to a physician. Dangerous protocols.

Poor service takes forever for a response. They don’t return your money I changed my mind and never started because they have no schedule or set time to get back with you. You can never talk to a doctor. Proceed with caution.

DO NOT USE To COMPANY!!! They don’t follow medical guidelines. They provide one vial for 2 months even though medical guidelines clearly state contamination after vial is open for 30 days. I filed 4 complaints in a month with no resolve. Once you report an issue, they stop responding. Essentially, I was given a month’s supply even though I paid for 2, unless I want to risk contamination FRAUD!!! Medication doesn’t work, compared to other companies. Only lost 3 pounds in one month. Groupon please stop using FacyMeds!

This company is a scammer. They play games with the low starting doses, regardless of the medical research and recommendations. They provide only one vial of medication for an 8-week program. The vial label clearly states to discard it after 28 days after the first needle entry. Once you report the issue, they stop responding. Please read their 1-star reviews on Groupon.

I bought a Groupon that I redeemed and was instantly upsold on an upgrade. I’ve taken GLP-1 injections before and know what to expect. The injections I got from Fancymeds didn’t suppress my appetite nor did I lose weight from it. When I reached out about my concerns via text due to that being their main source of communication, I was told to diet and exercise and drink plenty of water all of which I currently do. When I called to try to speak to someone, I received a response by text that told me to text my concerns. When I responded to that text asking for help Fancymed never replied. Now I’m glad they didn’t respond because I’ve read other reviews on Groupon and it appears that everyone’s initial contact with this company is satisfactory but many have had issues like mine thereafter.
