According to the shipping schedule on your website, I should be receiving my purchase anytime now. Instead, it is showing that a label has been created but the USPS has not received the item to actually ship out. I am extremely unhappy and wish that I had done some better research before placing an order. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience it may cause. We understand that the tracking with no updates will cause you confusion and disturbance. We would like to clarify some points regarding your order. We have made your order and sent the package on September 25. USPS often is slow to scan the package and update the status of the order on their system although the order is actually in transit. We also worked with our carrier in this matter to find the best way to improve the tracking link service. Your order was placed on September 21 and we have a shipping policy for the Round Sign with Standard Shipping. The timeframe is about 6 - 12 business days and we are still following up on this. If after that period time, you have not received your order yet, we will process a refund, no more explanation. Please read our policy here: https://famiprints.com/policies/shipping-policy We will keep you updated on the status of your order and we will try our best to support you in getting the item as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
The product is wonderful and exactly what I wanted for my wife's and my 20th Anniversary. I placed the order on August 23 and only received it today on the 13th of September. I paid for faster shipping in order to receive it by September 6th. The tracking was useless. I checked several times everyday. The tracking said it was always in Corona California. And that it had never been turned over to the shipper. Then, all of a sudden, it is delivered today. The timeliness was horrible, but the product is amazing, and my wife loves it!!

We're truly sorry to hear about the delay in shipping your 20th Anniversary gift, and we understand your frustration with the tracking information not providing clarity. Timeliness is important, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your product is a round wood sign and your shipping choice is Standard Insured Shipping. According to our policy, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and 6-12 business days for your order to be shipped. You can read the policy here: (https://famiprints.com/policies/shipping-policy). That is the reason why your order arrived within that period of time. Our carrier partner is USPS and their tracking link is usually slow to be updated. We will work with our carrier in this matter to improve it in the future. However, we're thrilled to hear that despite the shipping delay, the product is amazing and that your wife loves it. Your satisfaction with the final result is what we strive for, and we're grateful for your understanding. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing us to be a part of your 20th Anniversary celebration!
