This was my first order with FamiPrints and I can't express how pleased I am with my order. I must admit I was nervous with the delay in delivery time since this is my first order; however, it was the holiday season that caused the delay. I sent several messages to inquire about my order and received rapid reponses each time from customer support. Upon receipt, both me and my husband were pleasantly surprised with the amazing craftsmanship and uniqueness of the product.I will definitely order again and again with FamiPrints.

I ordered this product for my wife of 32 yrs and I was so surprised that I could get our wedding song. When she opened it for Christmas it brought tears to her eyes. The customer service was second to none. If you order from this great company you won't be disappointed
