Hi, I use Fadr.AI more then a year, from May 2023. It was first AI I met. During the time I found more useful and nice quality services. What I am really looking for it is voice cloning and voice cleaning futures. I am sure they will be soon.

I use this service regularly to stem tracks. I’ve made it a part of my regular workflow while building DJ sets. I’ve also used it in music production. Great service that I 100% recommend to people.

There was a mistake on a subscription that I activated for my son. I was billed $100 instead of $10. I contacted them immediately and on the same day they reversed the charge of $100. I was very impressed with their quick response to my problem.

After subscribing to Plus, I found the tool, although very cool and does amazing things, it wasn't suitable for my workflow. I emailed to ask for a refund and they agreed, no questions asked. Having looked at other reviews it's a shame they didn't receive this same experience, perhaps they have fixed some internal issues and are now trying to do better.

I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for your prompt and efficient assistance with my recent Fader Plus subscription issue. I initially encountered difficulties applying the "SUMMER25" discount code, resulting in an incorrect pricing calculation. Your quick response and proactive intervention resolved the problem seamlessly, allowing me to finally secure the annual subscription at the discounted rate. I truly appreciate your dedication to customer service and the immediate support you provided. The ease and speed with which you resolved my issue is a testament to your professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm now happily using the Fader Plus subscription and am already benefiting from its stem separation capabilities. The application is incredibly user-friendly, and I’m excited to utilize its features in my future projects. Thank you again for your excellent service.
