Factory Plaza, Inc is a family owned business in Bensenville, IL. In business since 2005, Factory Plaza manufactures its own brand of kitchen cabinets: American Wood Cabinets and fabricates and installs granite and Quartz countertops. We operate from a 45,000 sf warehouse with a state-of-the-art high volume production line for making kitchen cabinets from scratch, as well as an automated fabrication area for stone. Over 2,000 slabs in stock. We source the stone directly from Brazil, India, and other countries.

Seam was not matched effortlessly (mismatched, have to redo their work). That was the only thing I did not like. Everything else went great. Installers were very punctual and friendly.

I am a contractor and used Factory Plaza for the first time. Excellent customer service (Magda), no problems, no worries. Contractor showed up to measure on time... professional... in and out. Job was in a difficult building (John Hancock Center) with a very restricted loading dock. Very tight scheduled time frame. Installers called ahead and showed up on time... did the work... professional... cleaned up... in and out. Quartz counter top was priced very well... looks great... excellent workmanship. Payment was easy and everything went as smooth as could be expected. Very happy with the end result - zero complaints. Will be using them again on my next job in a week and from now on. Price, quality, professionalism - can't ask for anything more.
