We’re so happy to hear that your experience with the Face Yoga Method, and with Fumiko and our coaches, has been such a positive and inspiring one. Hi Tatiana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience, though it appears your concerns are not about Face Yoga Method directly, but rather about someone else's online presence. We want to be very clear: Face Yoga Method is dedicated to offering natural, safe, and empowering self-care practices to Face Yogis worldwide. However, as with any educational program, we do not — and cannot — control how every individual chooses to present themselves, both personally and professionally, after learning from us. How someone decides to market themselves or run their business is entirely their responsibility. What we do stand behind is the integrity of our method, our teachings, and the supportive community we’ve nurtured for many years. We are proud to help Face Yogis reconnect with themselves, age gracefully, and make empowered choices — whatever those choices may be. Warmly, The Face Yoga Method Team

Hi Nurcan, A big hello right back to you! ✨ Reading your words warmed our hearts — thank you for taking the time to share this. We are so glad you felt seen, supported, and guided during the 6-week Bootcamp. That's exactly what we hope for: not just teaching exercises, but creating a space where every Face Yogi feels empowered, informed, and cared for. We love offering that interactive space for questions, adjustments, and deeper understanding. We’re beyond grateful to have you in this community. The Face Yoga Method Team

Hi Milly, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that promotions and changes in access terms can sometimes cause frustration, especially when comparing past offers to current ones. However, we want to reassure you — when you originally purchased, the terms were clearly outlined and honored in full. Like many businesses, we adjust and improve our offerings over time based on feedback, program evolution, and the needs of our community. We are fully transparent about our pricing, content, and policies, and we always aim to provide valuable resources and support for our Face Yogis. We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to benefit from what you have already gained through the Face Yoga Method. The Face Yoga Method Team
