I've been subscribed to their Mastery program for almost a year. I wasn't very consistent with my face yoga practice when I joined. But the live classes and catching up with the replays.. game changer for me! They taught me it's not about hours but minutes in my day to practice. And the teachers are so lovely ! Huge fan of Tina, Naomi and Fumiko of course. Thank you Airis for being so helpful when I send emails.

DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! I bought 4 differents programes. 1) The last one was the Mouth and Cheek Jumpstart after 28 days I dindn't have access anymore !!!!!!!! This is completely dishonnest as it is not mentioned clearly that it is for only 28 days ! I bought this programme after The Eyes & Forehead, so I was sure that It's available lifetime. 2) I see now that I don't have access to eyes jumpstart !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was planning to buy different products for my skin but I don't trust them anymore.

Hi Laurita, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your recent experience and we'd like to address your concerns and clarify a few things: For both, the Mouth and Cheek Jumpstart, and the Eyes and Forehead Jumpstart, these programs do indeed come with a 6-week access period. This access limitation was prominently outlined on the respective sales pages and detailed in our terms and conditions, which you are required to agree to to before completing your purchase. Our goal is to provide transparent information about access durations to assist our customers in making informed decisions. We understand that you may have expected lifetime access, especially since, at the time of your prior purchases of the Neck and Jawline Jumpstart and the Face Toning Bootcamp, they did indeed come with lifetime access. We'd like to reassure you that you still have permanent access to these. If you encounter any difficulties accessing these programs, our support team is ready to assist you promptly. We also want to emphasize that we take pride in taking care of our customers in a timely and responsive manner. We have previously communicated this information via email to ensure that you are well-informed. We are committed to ensuring all our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer success team. Sincerely, Face Yoga Method Team
I just bought the FaceYogaFundamentals and the Empowered aging for $19+$57 being promised a lot of ‘how to’. And it is SCAM. Do Not buy it. It is only commercials for the method combined with a few of the free videos you find on Facebook etc. I am very disappointed. They should send me the money back as I have not received what was promised.

Hi Louise, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us understand our customers' experiences better and work towards improving our services. We carefully curate the content we share for free on YouTube and social media, reserving more comprehensive and specialized material for our paid programs and courses. Our Fundamentals program is exclusively designed for beginners who are eager to embark on their Face Yoga journey. It offers a structured and guided approach to help you get started with the practice effectively. Regarding our refund policy, it is clearly stated on the sales page that customers have the option to request a refund within 7 days if they are not satisfied with the program. To proceed with a refund, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] if you haven't done so already. We are sorry to hear that the program did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us. Best regards, Face Yoga Method Team
The course that I took was simply not worth the money at all. I was expecting a lot more. There is a lot of filler talk that makes each class 40 minutes, but there’s just one small move demonstrated. It really felt like a waste of time and money.

garbage- they charge you and never give you access, and then tell you you have a 24 hour policy to view the videos. without access, clearly that makes no sense. they have a no refunds policy, conveniently. total scammers.

Hi Raina! Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your case, we confirmed that all access information was sent to you via email. To buy the challenge, you are required to acknowledge our terms and services, which include information about the challenge's non-refundable nature and 24-hour replay access. However, our customer success team proceeded with the refund, even though our policy states no refunds. We understand there may have been some confusion, and we appreciate your input. All the best! Why doesn't anyone make a simple to navigate face yoga platform with upfront, affordable fees? I just want to practice face yoga like I practice regular yoga. I don't want it to cost a ton of money or a ton of time. Face Yoga Method is not this. I am looking for something simple, affordable, upfront, and easy to use.
