I was a little confused when ordering the FabFitFun box, basically I thought I was able to choose some Of the products but was actually ordering extra products (distracted by my lovely kiddos lol). When I received my confirmation email I saw I was being charged for for the box and additional items, contacted customer service and was able to get the charge removed without any issues. My error and issue was resolved and the customer service was excellent.

Fab fit fun is an awesome service and you can cancel your subscription at any time and rejoin anytime. Customer service in on point!!!

When this company started it was great, but we have canceled our subscription because it’s become pretty much beauty products and the terrible shirt sweater you just sent.!!!!!!!!!!! I gave it another delivery and you guys suck!!!!!!!!! So good luck! You were great with your products in the beginning but the last couple were bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE!LOVE!LOVE! FFF i never knew how much i needed some thing so much..It's fun like xmass, you forget what you ordered with add on's gift for friends...my 36LB Spring box was incredible and a blast(side note there was a bamboo pillow in the box)
