Terrible support, I opened a ticket with Megan a week ago just to help fix the ad placeholders because they looked horrible (doubled up, too many of them, way off to the side on mobile) and still week later nothing has been done. The revenue is better than adsense yes, but ezoic also slows down the site incredibly. Has potential but they need better support.

It is impossible to delete the account, delete a domain or even contact support. The service is pitiful. It is a ruin of a company that will have you two weeks dizzy with Google ad manager for absolutely nothing. It is a service that also only works if you have approved the domain in Google Adsense, which is nonsense. If you want to change advertising space this is not a valid alternative to adsense. 100% guaranteed waste of time with Ezoic.

Ezoic found me, and I'm delighted that this happened. Their support is excellent; they are always here to help. And most of all, I increased my monthly income from my blog. Highly recommend them!

Ezoic claims to retain a 10% profit share. However, this is an outright lie as they take up to 60% on top of paying for the server costs. The lack of transparency is appalling. You will also be told to be patient and wait while the machine learning takes time to optimize but they cannot even beat AdSense in most situations. Premium is also a huge scam as you can expect to see your earnings suffer significantly after the first year due to them increasing their profit share once you are locked in for a long term premium contract. I’m also not sure that the way data (especially EU) is handled is legal as it passes through American servers. Avoid!

Un bon conseil, ne répondez pas aux sollicitations de cette entreprise, ce ne sera très certainement que du temps perdu pour vous webmaster. Contacté dans un premier temps par un américain, je suis dans un deuxième temps pris en charge par un certain Thomas. Mise en place d'un entretien vidéo, je m'inscris sur leur plateforme peu avant le black friday, puis plus de contact de la part d'Ezoic. J'ai attendu environ 15 jours que l'on réponde à mes mails et pendant ce temps là, mes revenus Adsense étaient à zéro. Je décide de sortir de leur plateforme pour revenir à Adsense qui fait son job, contrairement à Ezoic.

Ezoic ist wirklich sehr aufdringliches und penetrant. Bereits mehrfach habe ich auf deren E-Mail geantwortet, dass ich sie mich umgehend aus ihrem Verteiler nehmen sollen. Selbst nach Wochen ist dies nicht passiert und im Postfach landet eine Nachricht von denen. Selbst auf die E-Mail selbst, in der steht, dass man KEINERLEI Nachrichten mehr erhalten möchte, wird wiederholt mit "Angeboten" und Kooperationsanfragen geantwortet. Sie kommen der Bitte, keine Nachrichten mehr zu senden absolut nicht nach! Letztendlich blieb nur noch die Möglichkeit die Domain auf meine schwarze Liste zu setzen.
