A $27k Shipment, No Delivery, and Months of Unanswered Questions
My experience began after I contacted EZE Wholesale regarding the purchase of iPhones. Following that contact, Joshua Nzewi reached out to me directly through WhatsApp. My first order for iPhone 17 Pro Max devices experienced significant delays and was ultimately not fulfilled, although the funds for that transaction were eventually returned. Joshua later contacted me again from the same WhatsApp number he had used when communicating with me following my initial contact with EZE Wholesale. He offered additional iPhones at what he described as good prices. After that, I placed several orders through Joshua, and several of those orders were successfully delivered without issue. I believe it is important to mention this because my complaint is not about every transaction I had with him. The problem described in this review relates specifically to one particular order. For these subsequent transactions, Joshua provided payment instructions directing me to transfer funds to a company called TECH DEPOT. On April 20, 2026, I placed the order that is the subject of this review, worth approximately $27,000, which was intended to be shipped directly to one of my customers. I also paid an additional amount with the understanding that the shipment would be insured/protected for its value. That shipment never arrived. I spent months following up on the claim, together with my customer, and repeatedly requested documentation showing the shipping details and proof of the insurance/value coverage that I had paid for. I did not receive the requested documentation. According to the information I later received from UPS regarding the claim, the shipment’s full merchandise value had not been declared to UPS, and UPS indicated that its liability was limited to approximately $114. This was extremely concerning to me because I had paid for the shipment with the understanding that the merchandise would be protected for its value. Since this issue began, communication has been very difficult. I have repeatedly contacted Joshua seeking documentation, updates, and a solution. Responses have often been delayed, and as of the date of this review, the matter involving approximately $27,000 remains unresolved. I am sharing this review to accurately document my experience. I am asking EZE Wholesale to review the circumstances surrounding how this business relationship developed following my initial contact with their company and to assist in clarifying and resolving this situation. I have retained the relevant WhatsApp communications, payment records, order information, payment instructions, and UPS claim documentation supporting the events described above.
