I got prescription frames from them and they were fine for 9 months, but then the left lens started falling out. I took it to a local optical shop and they said the lens was too small and needed to be remade. I called EZ Contacts and they wouldn't do anything for me because it was beyond the return period. Will never order prescription lenses on line again, especially from EZ Contacts

Terrible customer service. I ordered glasses three weeks ago and still haven’t received the glasses, although I’ve already been charged for the glasses. If you call their customer service number you can’t get through to anyone. I’ve emailed numerous times only to be told they will be shipped tomorrow. Do not buy glasses from this company!!!!

Be careful....ezcontacts.com is not the same as ezcontactsusa.com. I almost order 2 pairs of sunglasses and decided to check the web address and when comparing I have found out ...ezcontacts.com is the legitimate site I have searched both pairs and they are not even showing up...do research before ordering from any site.

I ordered a pair of glasses on 11/06/2022 with a stated shipping time of 7 days. The order has not shipped yet nearly a month later. Would never use again.

I ordered lenses, received two boxes that were expired or would be expired in the use time. Return the expired lenses via tracked mail with return form. Never received replacement. Company has disputed claim with credit card company.

I waited almost 3 weeks before calling to find out what the delay was on shipping only to be told they were out of stock. I request a different pair waited another week without notification, and was told My glasses were discontinued. Really wanted a pair of glasses and knew it would be a hassel trying to get my money back, while i was looking for a third pair I received an email that said my glasses were shipped. I received them a month after initial contact with this company.

I have been a loyal customer since 2007. The contacts I’ve been receiving are not lasting. I have been trying to contact customer service both by phone and chat and cannot get through. Unhappy!
