I was unable to enter the promotional…
I was unable to enter the promotional code STAYHOME for the free item and was charged the full price plus shipping. I am hoping that this will be corrected by the company and am refunded the price prior to shipping.

Hi Aristotle, the code must be entered at the last part of the checkout AFTER you input your address. This promo code is on valid for US shipping, so if you are outside of the US that is why you could have been charged.
