Staff was very kind and helpful very fast service. My glasses were ready within 17 minutes. Had a great experience. Had some problems at Stanton eye I explained what happened to and they worked with me to make sure I had what I needed very appreciative. Will not be going anywhere else from now on.

50% discount teased in promotional email but unstated that does not apply to items shown as discounted on site. With everything on site indicating some sort of discount, the email coupon either is clumsily disingenuous or a case of bait-and-switch. Unfortunately the latter in the circumstances is what any reasonable reader would have to conclude.

The customer service at n pennsylvania store stinks!! Why would you advertise to bring people in and then provide poor customer service and invite customers to go away. Makes no sense.
