The online experience was great but what earned the 5-stars review was the Santa Fe Office staff member who assisted me prior to ordering online, she showed genuine care. She also graciously assisted me in finding my PD for the online order since that info was not provided on my prescription. This experience has earned Eyemart Express a loyal customer.

Eyemart in Bangor is the worst place to get glasses on the planet. First off their radio ad states they do exams. I hear it EVERYDAY while im working. So I drive all the way to Bangor (I live on MDI) to find they in-fact dont do exams at all. So I went to my normal eye doctor to get a new prescription as my last had expired. I went through all that to go all the way to Bangor again and get some glasses. Then when it comes to picking out frames, anywhere else when I say "Find something like the ones I have on right now, because im blind and when i try them on I cant see them" This joker grabbed me frames that where twice as big of lenses, goofy as can be, purposefully selling me a product I didn't want. Absolute scum if you ask me. They had ads all over the store offering high quality lenses, that they provided them the same day, and that it only took an hour. When I said I want the best of the best (anti glare, anti scratch, tansitioning, I work on the water, I NEED this stuff) THEY SAID NO, WE DONT STOCK THOSE. Like are you kidding? Why advertise them? I had broken my frames and tried to fix them myself and ruined them, so i was desperate. I asked for the best thing they can offer and theyre the worst lenses Ive ever had in my 23 years of wearing glasses everyday all day long. They're thick as hell, I can see my own eyes better than the world around me, and they do not at all line up with my pupils. After a month the world still looks like jello flopping around as I move through it. Their glasses are trash, not worth the time to go get, or the aggravation to order. Its also worth mentioning that they messed up my glasses, not once, but twice, and I was FIVE HOURS getting these glasses that they said would take ONE HOUR. The place is a complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Eyemart in Granger has a wide selection of frames. Optician Kathleen went above and beyond to help find the best look for me and made sure the frames fit perfectly. I purchased progressive lenses with transition, because of sensitivity to light. With my new glasses I can see better than I ever have at all distances and don’t squint in the sun. The frames are comfortable too!

There was an issue with my prescription and Kassie worked with me to get it all corrected and shipped out.

The glasses were easy to order online, and were delivered quickly. Everything was packed neatly and arrived safely. The frames and lenses appear to be of high quality, so I believe I will be able to get much use out of the new glasses. Thank you very much!
