Purchased a pair of progressive glasses at the Niles Ohio store. After a very short time the coating on both lenses laminated. I took them back to the store and immediately was asked if I purchased their warranty. In my many years of buying glasses I have never purchased a warranty, I understand if I break them, I pay, but poor workmanship? I was told it would cost $500 to replace the lenses. The receptionist was very short with me AND later when I asked her for my Lens Rx she gave me an incomplete and illegible Rx form making it useless.

I ordered my glasses online and it was very easy.

I love the service at the Eyemart Express on Odana Road in Madison, Wi. The staff are kind, knowledgable and efficient. We always have our glasses in the time promised and the quality is great. It is nice that when you try on your completed glasses, if they don't seem correct ( which would be rare), the tech is in house and helps to adjust the lenses until they are correct. I would recommend Eyemart Express to anyone.

I haven't received my glasses yet. And I order them on August the 6th. Not even an update.
