The glasses are nice but I must have a small head because they do not fit well on the face and when I put them on my head when not in use, they just slip off. Because they don't fit well I can't wear them.

Dear buyer, sorry to hear that. We hope to bring you better services and products. Could you give us some more detailed feedback? We have contacted you via email. Best regards, Eyekeeper
I really should learn to check companies like this properly. Had I known the glasses were coming on a slow boat from China I wouldn't have ordered them. They're Frustratingly clever in hiding that fact. I think it should be made plainly obvious. I ordered nearly a week ago and my order hasn't even made it to the UK yet according to the tracking.

Dear buyer, Sorry for the long wait. The product you ordered is not in stock at our local warehouse and will need to be shipped from an overseas warehouse. We have checked the latest logistics information and your order is expected to be delivered within 3-5 days. Could you please wait for a few days? Best regards. Eyekeeper
