Customer Service is above and beyond. One of my pairs of glasses were slightly damaged when they arrived. I didn’t ask for a refund as the prices are so good anyway, but they saw my review, got in touch and refunded the money for one pair with their apologies. I was gob smacked. I will definitely buy again. Great design, fab prices and wonderful customer service!

My eyes fall into a standard reading catagory result so for me these glasses are really good and not expensive

Sie machten mich darauf aufmerksam, ob ich evtl. eine falsche Brillenstärke bestellt hätte, da meine letzte Bestellung eine ganz andere Stärke gewesen sei, ich soll doch meine Bestellung bestätigen oder Ihnen zurückschreiben. Es WAR eine falsche Bestellung meinerseits und nach 10 Min war alles berichtigt! Ein suuuuper Kundensupport!!!

I have bought multipacks of the reading glasses from time to time as my eyesight deteriorates. For the money they are great value especially as my local opticians sell just one pair for more than the price of five here. The Michael Cain style ones are great fun and a bargain too!
